As each item is a bespoke print made to order WM Creative are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for non-fault-related reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at will.mcgcreative@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery.
To help us resolve the issue promptly, include clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, a replacement item will be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.
